A visual storyteller specializing in presentation design.
My passion for simplifying complex content has become a bit of a magical knack — blending storytelling with a keen design eye. I'm not just a designer; I'm a strategic collaborator, dedicated to helping businesses confidently transform their messages into beautiful, effective presentations that truly resonate with their intended audiences.
What started with pink pixelated swirls and a questionable font choice as the invitation for my sweet sixteen luncheon has morphed into a creative business venture. My nearly two decades spent in the marketing and branding space, combined with my passion to help simplify information for clients in a vibrant and compelling way, make me a perfect partner for your presentation needs.
Let's create magic together!
process
CONNECT
We’ll kick off a project with a 30-minute phone call to discuss your goals, vision for the presentation, business history, and what you'd like from our business relationship.
CREATE
I work my magic on a few slides to set the tone and ensure I’m heading in the right direction. With your feedback, we extend this style to the entire deck. I'll edit until you're completely happy, usually taking 1-2 rounds of revisions.
COMPLETE
Finally, you'll receive the polished, editable PowerPoint document — with a touch of professional magic — ready for your presentations usages.

Do I really need to hire a professional presentation designer?ABSOLUTELY! Bringing a professional presentation designer on board is a smart move. Working with a skilled designer not only saves time; it also elevates your professional image, potentially leading to increased revenue. Together, we can enhance your presentation, tackling challenges in design quality, time constraints, communication clarity, audience engagement, brand consistency, stakeholder impressions, and effective storytelling.
-
How long does a typical project take? This depends heavily on the type of content and the amount of presentation slides. A typical project takes 10-12 business days to complete. Faster timelines may be possible but are dependent on current availability. Feel free to reach out to discuss current project estimates.
-
What if I am in a big hurry?I get it, it happens more than you think. Flexibility in scheduling can occur due to changes in other clients' timelines. If you need things expedited, just reach out to check my availability. There will be a rush fee to consider in this case. Feel free to reach out to me and I’ll do everything I can to help.
-
What assets do you need to get started?Your content - in slides or in outline format. Your Logo(s) in EPS, SVG, AI format, or High Resolution PNG with transparent background. Please, no JPG unless this is absolutely all you have. Brand or style guides, or website and style reference you’d like me to “mimic”. Image files you’d like to see in your slides – I can also procure this if you don’t have any/enough. Data, stats, and copy in a text format (such that I can copy and paste). If you have trouble providing any of these, don’t worry – I’m here to help.
-
Are photos an additional charge? The pricing depends on the nature of your project. If you're contributing your own photos, there won't be any extra charges. However, if I need to find photos or use stock imagery, we'll chat about any additional costs upfront. I usually license photography through iStock, making sure it's registered under your name. The good news is, iStock packages are quite reasonable, at just $35 per image.
-
Will I be able to edit the final presentation?Certainly! While some design elements may be created in Adobe Suite programs and then imported, I prioritize adding all text directly in PowerPoint. This ensures easy editing for you.
-
How many revisions do I get?Typically, three rounds of revisions. I do make exceptions but will remind you of extra fees that could incur if those edits get out of hand that could potentially disrupt other projects and schedules. I only ask that you be mindful of our timeline and consolidate edits as best you could.
-
How will we communicate during the project?I'm flexible in communication methods and can adapt to your preference. We'll kick off with a project meeting via Zoom/phone. While email is a popular choice, I'm open to collaborating on platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, or any tool that suits your workflow.
-
What if I’m not happy with the final product? We'll start the project by establishing the visual direction (look and feel), incorporating 2-3 designed slides. This ensures that I am the right fit for your project and that we are developing a captivating presentation. If I am unable to create a design that you like during that process, you will not be charged. If there are a few slides that need additional revisions at the end of the project, I am happy to provide those to ensure you love the final product.
-
How does payment work? For first time clients there will be a 50% deposit at the start of the project. I’m sorry, but I cannot move forward without verification with the exception that you are referred by another reputable client. At the end of the project, I’ll send you an invoice that you can pay via Zelle or ACH transfer. Returning clients will only be invoiced at the end of the project. (Credit Card Payments coming soon.)

Will my content be showcased in your online portfolio? The decision is yours. Just let me know when we start working together and I'll ensure your content remains confidential. As a Freelance Powerpoint Designer & Visual Storyteller, I am firmly accustomed to working closely with sensitive information. Confidentiality is my number one priority. Additionally, if you would like for me to sign an NDA, I’d be happy to do so.
